Terms and payment policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026. I work as an independent consultant under the name Mohamed Abo Younes. By using this site or buying any service, you agree to the following.

Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Scope, price and payment are agreed on WhatsApp first; a payment link is sent only after that agreement, and work starts after the required payment is made and the requirements are provided.
Sessions, audits, strategy and creative packs: the full agreed fee is paid before work starts.
Monthly management: the base fee is paid upfront for each month; the spend-based extra (10% of the managed monthly ad spend above $15,000) is settled after the month ends, on actual spend. Managed ad spend means the spend of the ad accounts inside the agreed scope, excluding taxes; currency and conversion method are set in the final offer when needed. Work on a new month begins after its base fee is paid.
Implementation projects: 50% when the scope is approved and 50% after the deliverables are shown for approval and before final delivery or publishing. Extended projects have their stages set out in a written proposal before payment.
Ad spend is entirely separate and paid by the client directly to the platforms.
These payment terms apply to new agreements; existing agreements keep the terms agreed at the time.

Refunds and cancellation

Strategy sessions and audits are non-refundable once delivered. If I cannot deliver, you receive a full refund.
Monthly retainers: cancel any time by not paying the next month. A month in which work has started is not refunded.
One-time projects: milestones, delivery and refund terms are set out in the proposal before payment.
The session or audit fee is credited against any engagement started within 30 days of it.

Results

I do not guarantee specific sales or ROAS figures, as they depend on factors outside my control such as product, pricing, market and platform policies. I commit to professional work and transparent reporting.

Access and data

I work with access the client grants on their own accounts, which can be revoked at any time.
I treat each client's data as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed service. Data may pass through the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy as needed to provide the service.
