Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026. This policy explains what personal information aboyounes.com collects, why, who processes it, and how to contact me about it. The site is operated by Mohamed Abo Younes, an independent consultant.
Information I collect
- Checkout and booking form: your name, company or brand, email, WhatsApp number, website or store, country, monthly ad-spend range, session format and any notes you write, plus the service you chose and the amount. Your confirmation that you accept the terms is checked before the order is sent.
- Free tools and older product pages (for example the COD calculator and Delivery Signal) have their own forms. Details you enter there are saved in my lead records, together with campaign parameters (UTM tags and ad-platform click identifiers) if they were in the link you used, and a report may be emailed to you.
- Hiring form: it opens WhatsApp with a message prefilled from what you typed. The site does not send those details to my servers; you send the message yourself from WhatsApp.
- Messages to me by WhatsApp or email: I receive what you send, including your number or address.
- Technical data: like any website, browsing requests (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) reach the hosting provider so the pages can be served.
Payments
Payments are made on a payment page hosted by Ziina. You enter your card details there; I do not see or store full card details. I receive the payment status, the transaction reference and the amount. The server sets the amount itself and confirms an order only after verifying the payment with Ziina.
How I use the information
- To process your order, confirm payment and send you a confirmation email.
- To contact you on WhatsApp to schedule the work and request the access it needs.
- To deliver the service, answer your questions, and keep order and accounting records.
I do not sell your information. Paid service orders placed through this site are not sent to advertising platforms.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
- The existing Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity run automatically when you visit, unless this browser has a saved analytics refusal. There is no approval banner, and an ordinary visit is not recorded as your consent. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled.
- Previous saved refusals are preserved, including refusals older than 180 days, and continue to prevent analytics loading until you explicitly enable analytics using the footer control. You can also disable analytics there; this saves your refusal, removes analytics cookies where accessible and reloads the page. Clearing browser storage removes that local preference. When analytics runs, approved campaign codes may be stored for the browser session. Form answers, contact details, payment references and free-text URL parameters are not sent to analytics; sensitive forms remain masked in Clarity recordings.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
- When you go to Ziina, WhatsApp or any other site, their own policies apply.
Who processes the data
- Ziina: payment processing.
- Hostinger: website hosting, and the server running the automation system that receives your order, records it and sends confirmation emails.
- Airtable: storing lead records that come from the free tools and older product pages.
- Email service: sending confirmations and reports, and receiving your emails.
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you message me or use the WhatsApp links on the site.
- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4: website measurement.
- Microsoft Clarity: usage analysis and session replay, with sensitive forms masked.
- Google Fonts: loading fonts.
Retention
I keep order and enquiry records for as long as needed to deliver the service, answer follow-up questions and meet accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask me what I hold about you.
Security
Your details are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and kept in private, login-protected systems rather than on the public pages of the site. No system is perfectly secure.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how it is used, by emailing or messaging me. I may need to verify your identity, and I may keep what the law or accounting requires. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
The services on this site are for businesses and are not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If my practices change, I will publish the updated policy on this page with a new date.
